Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and AnyDermNow covering your use of our website and mobile app. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What AnyDermNow does

AnyDermNow helps you find a dermatology clinic, see open appointment times, book online, and share relevant history with the clinic before your visit. We are the booking and records layer.

Your care is delivered by the clinic and the clinician you choose. They decide whether to accept you as a patient, what care to provide, and what to charge. AnyDermNow is not your medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not review or supervise the care you receive.

AnyDermNow does not give medical advice

Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information shown, including anything imported from a connected health record, is there to help you and your clinician talk. Always check with a qualified clinician before acting on it, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.

Not for emergencies

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. AnyDermNow is for scheduling routine and follow-up care. We do not monitor the app for urgent messages, and no one is watching for a photo that needs immediate attention.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, and the account must be your own. Give us accurate information and keep it current, since your clinic relies on it to prepare for your visit. Keep your password private, turn on a second sign-in factor if you can, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. What that removes, and what your clinic retains, is described in the Privacy Policy.

Booking and cancellation

When you book, we confirm the appointment by email. Available times come from the clinic, and in rare cases a time can be taken between your seeing it and confirming it. If that happens we will tell you and help you pick another.

You can cancel or reschedule from your appointments page. Each clinic sets its own cancellation window, shown before you confirm. A late cancellation or a missed appointment may carry a fee charged by the clinic, not by us.

Insurance and payment

AnyDermNow does not charge you to search or to book. Your clinic bills you or your insurer for the care it provides, under its own terms.

Where we show that a clinic is in network for your plan, that reflects information from the clinic and your coverage details and is a guide, not a guarantee of payment. Confirm coverage with your insurer before your visit.

Connecting a health record

You may connect a record from Epic or NextGen. We import only what that connection covers, and only after you sign in to that system and authorize it. What the other system holds, and whether it is complete or correct, is outside our control. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which stops further import.

Using the service fairly

Book only appointments you intend to keep. Do not upload anything that is not yours to share, do not try to reach another person's record, do not probe or interfere with the service or its security, and do not use automated means to scrape it. We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the service, its staff, or other people, and we will do so without notice where there is a risk to safety or privacy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to retrieve your information first.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, AnyDermNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for our own fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law does not permit us to limit, and nothing here affects the responsibility of your clinic and clinician for the care they provide.
